How to assemble:
To make it easier, I recommend printing on any weight white cardstock and cutting with a paper cutter. Print at home or get it printed at a print shop.
To attach the cookies to the cards, I like to wrap them separately first, then use double stick tape, glue dots, or ordinary tape folded over to glue them to the card.
